Cannot add boarding pass to pass book. Please fix it!

It was a pleasure flying with Garuda, however this apps/website still far lag your fellow competitors CX and SQ. For example it has been weeks , we still cant access the Garuda miles transaction records. In order to book a ticket using the points we would have to call your subpar service agent first, then pick up the ticket in your office how inefficient is that. Many features in the apps are still under development, Garuda need to invest more in the IT department and speed things up. Please include boarding pass to be accessible in Apple wallet/passbook in your future update.

Garuda Indonesia is an amazing airline with very professional and courteous staffs. I have always had good experiences flying with them. The only thing that bothers me is their website and mobile app. Its confusing, not very user friendly and at times it doesnt even work! Had better experiences using budget airlines mobile apps (easyjet, ryanair) compared to Garudas.

Most of the menu are inaccessible and returns error when you click them.

Please fix your bugs & crashes

All those skytrax certifications and finally came up with app like this :( The app style and design are really poor need hard work to improve And why passbook is not supported? I cant see my upcoming flights even if I signed in you should fix that too Good luck with next update

Using the app is kinda frustrating. * The layout is too cramped. there are buttons barely visible at the bottom of the screen, but they cant be clicked because they are so close to the bottom. (instead the app sees it as a click on the navigation bar) * when the item is at the bottom of the screen and unusable , it is not possible to scroll up to access it *if I copy my booking code (from email) there is no way to paste it into the search field. (the keyboard completely covers the area I want to type into; the target field does not scroll up; and there is no way to simply paste without the keyboard). instead I need to switch back and forth between email and the apps and then BLIND type the information * Login does not use the web site id, instead you must use look up your mileage number and enter it

Your app was great however there are several bugs when registering as new user not to mention constant crashes when booking a flight

New UI is cool, however I can search flight, select departure button is unresponsive, please fix it unless your customer value is nothing

This is the worst airline app ever. Even LionAir has better. First and foremost, fire the company that developed it. Second, fire those that supposedly tested the app before launch. Thirdly, fire the manager that approved this app for launch. And lastly, fire yourself for hiring these bunch of idiots.

It is just the worst airline app! Garuda calls itself 5* airline.... The app is worthless!

Need to fix bug, cannot even see ticket to add to passbook!! Wait a failure

after update, cant do anything. it just crash? come on, do a proper test before releasing an update!

Just wondering who made this app? Really poorly made. Crash on opening screen. Crash when try to log in. Unusable and terrible

This version keep crashing

Crash on opening, then opened but crash again and again and again. Please do not release this before testing and testing and testing again! Update: more stable, but cannot login although I enter the correct GFF number and correct password (works on the website) and when I press "forget password" it is not working. Meh!

Im using the latest version 2.1.1. Frequent flyer function not working, can only show e-card. Despite of several attempt to fix the issues from the last several updates, several functions such as mileage statement and claim not working, online check-in also still not working. On the other hand, ticker purchase function is working fine. Hope Garuda fix the issue ASAP.

The latest version still only able to show the card and do bookings, and nothing else. Please fix

Apps doesnt work since around November/December 2015; as has been stated by the others it wasnt able to show the mileage statement and only able to display e card. For a company that say it tries to improve themselves; it was disappointing to say. Please fix asap

Untuk fungsi book flight, check-in dan promos berfungsi dengan baik, tapi GarudaMiles tidak ada fitur yang berfungsi. Error warning! Harap segera diperbaiki.
